What "Direct Buyer" Actually Means

A real estate agent lists your property on the MLS and tries to find a buyer who will pay the highest price. For that service, they take 5–6% of your sale price at closing — paid by you. The process involves showings, offers that fall through, inspection negotiations, and a timeline measured in months.

A direct buyer — which is what we are — doesn't list your property. We purchase it ourselves, with our own funds, directly from you. No MLS, no open houses, no buyer's financing that can fall through at the last minute. We do our research, make an offer, and if you accept, we close. That's the whole transaction.

The trade-off is real: our offer will be below what a perfectly prepped property might fetch at peak retail. We take on the cost and risk of repairs and resale.
